ADU

The ADU is the smallest product of our modular buildings for energy
efficent homes.

WHAT IS ADU?

ADU or Accessory Dwelling Unit is a secondary housing unit on a single-Family residential lot.

Our Wood House (WH) series made out of prefabricated CLT components is our solution of ecofriendly, prefabricated and modular homes (in 2D and 3D).

Of Course TWH follows our "TREECITY" ecofriendly building concept.

Our TWH are ranging from 219 sqft to 1200 sqft.

"Since Jan. 1, 2022, SB 9, known as the "California HOME Act", is in effect throughout the state of Califonia. The law allows homeowners to either build two 800-square-foot homes on their lot or divide their lot in two for a total of four homes on a formely single-Family plot."
